This Terms, Conditions & Service Policy (the “Policy”) governs your use of the Mysuru Cinema Society website located at https://mysurucinemasociety.com/ (the “Site”) and your participation in the Paridrishya Film Festival (the “Festival”). 1. Donor Declaration & Citizenship Undertaking (FCRA & RBI Compliance) By proceeding with a donation to Mysuru Cinema Society, you declare and agree that:

• You are an Indian Citizen residing in India or an NRI holding a valid Indian Passport, and this contribution is made from funds earned through legal domestic sources or an Indian bank account (NRE/NRO/Savings).

• For Foreign / OCI Donors (if applicable): Foreign contributions can only be accepted by organizations holding a valid FCRA registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and must be remitted directly to the designated FCRA bank account.

• The funds contributed do not originate from any illegal source, hawala channel, money laundering activity, or anonymous routing prohibited by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

2. Tax Deduction & Receipt Policy (Income Tax Act, Section 80G)

• Mandatory Identity Proof: In accordance with the provisions of Section 80G(5) of the Income Tax Act and Rule 18AB, donors requesting an 80G Tax Exemption Certificate must furnish their valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and postal address.

• Certificate Generation: The organization will file Form 10BD with the Income Tax Department, after which the official certificate of donation (Form 10BE) will be generated and issued to the donor.

• Cash Donation Limits: In compliance with Section 80G, cash donations exceeding ₹2,000 are strictly not eligible for tax deductions. All online donations processed through this website are routed via lawful banking channels (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card).

3. Terms of Use, Refunds & Utilization of Funds

• Refund Policy: Donations, once processed, cannot be transferred, claimed back, or refunded, except in the event of a technical failure or duplicate payment gateway deduction.

• Utilization: Funds will be utilized exclusively for the lawful charitable objectives, film society operations, and welfare activities of Mysuru Cinema Society as registered under its governing trust deed or bylaws.

4. Data Privacy & Consent (DPDPA Guidelines) By submitting a donation or membership form, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal details (Name, Email, Contact Number, Address, Aadhaar and PAN) solely for the purpose of:

• Generating statutory donation receipts and Form 10BE.
