1. Scan the QR code from any UPI app to make the Payment.

2. Enter the PAN Number in the relevant field & upload the PAN card Image. 
   (Note: Only JPG/JPEG/PNG format is allowed, and up to 2 MB)

3. Enter the Aadhaar Number & upload the Aadhaar card Image. 
   (Note: Only JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF format is allowed, and up to 2 MB)

4. Enter the donation amount in Indian Currency format and enter the UTR number in the UTR number field. 
   Take a screenshot of the payment and upload it in the relevant upload area.
